Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional.  Any information provided when you purchase items through a LMP Shoppe will be used by the vendor to complete the transaction.  All LMP vendors are solely responsible for any customer information and transactions used in their Shoppe.  LMP is only a venue and does not own the Shoppes on the Site.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES LIL MARKETPLACE HOLD?
The types of information we keep on record will depend on the type of product or service requested by you and provided by LMP.

Generally, we keep a record of one or more of the following types of information about you:

  • if you register to sell on LMP and use our payment systems, we will hold credit card account information for collection of transaction fees;
  • account transactions including credits and debits.


CREDIT CARD USE
You will be able to enter a credit card for billing convenience. We must confirm that your credit card number and sign-up information is valid. Members' credit cards will only be charged in accordance with our Fee Structure. Entering your credit card information on lilmarketplace.com is safe; we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect sensitive data transmissions.

All information sought is required for our business purposes to provide services you have requested.   • We may at other times give you more details about our disclosure practices in relation to specific products or services, for example, on the forms we use to collect personal information about you.

LMP does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
